Help and Forum online

We are very pleased to announce that help texts and a forum are now available for our international users. Due to the quick development an online-assistance it is not always easy to maintain and keep it up to date. Nevertheless, we have now especially released the first instructions as a start-up assistance for our numerous international users. You will receive an in-depth description of how to get your first free website. In addition to that, we will also show you how to customise the design of your new homepage based on your own personal taste and you will also find out a lot about how to integrate several contents into your website and what options page4 can offer you. In addition, we have also setup a forum where you can ask questions, simply present your awesome page4 website, make friends and much more. You will of course require your own page4 website to be able to use the forum. Register yourself; the first users are already online.     Our group for Parkinson's is using the premium package. I know we get up to 5 email sites. How do I set them up for another person to also sign in with their own email and password and make changes to the site? Donna Green

    Dear Donna
    this is a missunderstanding. You can get 5 email adress if you have a premium package (and if we hosting your domain). And than you can use the email address over outlook or thunderbird.

    But page4 is not a multiuser system. For each account you can have one access data, not more. Only one person can work as admin. If you give another person the access data, he can login with the data and change everything. BUT: If you login as admin and the other person login after you the system log you out.

    oldname.page4.me
    newname.page4.me
    and the email-address you have register your page. We change the name without lost data in 1-2 days.

    that must be impossibility. But I can not check this, I do not know your website address or your email.
    If you only see the "under construction page" please use your website address and put "/admin.php" after this address (without "") then you can login to your page.

    A blog need a sidebar to show the blog navigation. If your design do not have a sidebar or a navigation left or right you must create a new page in the page manager and link to the blog. The you can use the blog over the normaly navigation.
    Please check this. If you have questions please send us an email that we can check your page

    Tamil-font: You can not upload fonts but you can use all fonts from your computer with copy and paste. But if a visitor do not have this font, the browser show your content with another font.....
